The space

Welcome to Casa ASACHAI, opened in June 2025, a beautiful bohemian chic villa nestled in Balangan, Bali, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches. Located on a private street, it offers absolute calm and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. Perfect for families and groups looking for charm and comfort.

This single-story villa, carefully designed in natural wood, is a real showcase in a bohemian chic style, with a refined decoration mixing natural materials such as driftwood and straw, as well as a palette of soft and soothing tones. The warm and authentic atmosphere invites you to relax and feel good.

With its four air-conditioned double bedrooms, all with bright private bathrooms, some partially open to the outside, Casa ASACHAI can accommodate up to 10 people. The largest bedroom has a mezzanine with a double bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs, perfect for families or groups of friends.

The heart of the villa is a large open living space with high wooden ceilings, creating a friendly atmosphere and opening onto the tropical garden. The comfortable living room, with its large corner sofa, offers beautiful views of the pool. The dining area, with a large wooden table, is ideal for sharing convivial moments. The open kitchen, fully equipped with cooktop, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all necessary utensils, also has a water dispenser with two bottles provided. It is separated from the living room by a bar with high stools.

For your leisure, a pool table is also available in this warm space.

In the center of the tropical garden, a round swimming pool invites you to relax. Its shallow part is perfect for children, while the other side offers a space to swim or bask in the sun on the large wooden deck equipped with sun loungers.

Each room is also equipped with a ceiling fan for optimal comfort. The large sliding glass windows, with blackout curtains, let in beautiful natural light while ensuring peaceful nights.

Bed linen, bath and pool towels, daily cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, Wi-Fi and secure parking are included for a carefree stay.

Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We have designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer you relaxing and pleasant spaces. We hope you make the most of this peaceful retreat and create unforgettable memories during your stay with us.

Other things to note

Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.

This is clearly indicated at the gate, as this road is not a main road but is part of a residential area. However, you can always use the main road to Uluwatu at any time.

Online transportation services (Grab/Gojek) are not available in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help you arrange a driver at any time.

If you arrive before 2 p.m., don't worry: drop off your luggage at our office and enjoy the atmosphere of Balangan Beach while we prepare your villa. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know so we can welcome you warmly upon arrival.

A little reminder: checkout time is late morning, no later than 11 a.m. To keep the villa impeccable for our next guests, any unplanned late checkout may result in an extra night charge. Your cooperation allows each guest to enjoy a fresh and welcoming experience in the villa.

And for our little guests, we offer baby amenities such as beds and high chairs, as well as safety features such as pool barriers and much more - all upon request and subject to availability.
