”We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. ”I am here with my young adult girls and I could not have picked a better place. Tori is an amazing host, and the neighbors are just as nice. They are inviting and welcoming. The street is DARLING. I am in real estate and now want to buy a property here. Tori’s upstairs unit is beautifully designed and decorated. It is immaculately clean. AND it’s within a 15 minute drive of Soldier Field, Michigan Ave, and the Navy Pier. This place is a a gem.”
