”Super schönes Hotel, mit geräumigen Zimmern und nettem Personal, von dem aus man schnell zu Fuß am Bahnhof (5 min) und der Innenstadt (20min) ist. Das Hotel bietet zwar eigene Parkplätze an, allerdings kann man vor dem Hotel problemlos kostenfrei parken. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Görlitz kommen, werden wir das Via Regia definitiv wieder buchen.”

”Service was superb. We had one person who had difficulties to go up to the reception because of the fear of heights and the reception was in the 5th floor (and there was only elevators with glass walls), so they tried to change our reservation to an another hotel, but it was full. Finally we managed to get up to the room and it was perfect. Nice room with balcony and five-star breakfast with sparkling wine was a cherry on top of the cake.”
