”I made a reservation for a double room . When I got there they gave me a handicap room and said that was the room I reserved but it wasn’t. The front desk person was very rude and refused to help me even after I told her and showed her my reservation she said there was nothing they could do . She said she didn’t know why it was handicap room when the reservation was for a regular room. I was very upset and disappointed but they didn’t care.”

”The place is nice with a great location but they have no amenities like breakfast or even free coffee.. for the price of the rooms that should be mandatory”

”We had an amazing experience staying at the grand at the island grand at tradewinds. From our check in and welcome to the checkout and everything in between was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. The room and the grounds were clean and well maintained. There are tons of food options and activities on the property as well as a beautiful beach. We are looking forward to come back soon.”

”The room was very clean and QUIET! I was worried about it at first because we were right over the pool but it was so quiet. Also, the curtains really make the room dark, which is a HUGE plus for those of us who need a dark space to sleep. Everything was comfortable, clean, and the location was central to everything.”

”Amazing staff and the food was excellent. The resort fee covered a lot of extras that were very useful, along with Valet parking. A little bit pricey for the hotel room, but we felt it was well worth it and had an excellent vacation.!”

”We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!! I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said! I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!”

”A unique hotel in a good location. Walking distance to St Pete pier and everything in Central Blvd. The coffee shop has good and affordable coffee and snacks. The Tap room always had people hanging out or eating. The pool was a little warm to me, but it is very hot and humid outside so they can’t really control it. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

”The bed was awful, slept in a hole and now my back is out! I’m not happy!”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days. Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”We just stayed one night but it was a very clean and reasonably priced motel. Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable.”

”Having the room so close to the beach and bar was an amazing experience. Will come back to this hotel next time I want to visit Saint Pete Beach ⛱️🏖️🌞”

”Loistava, todella loistava. Tässä hotellissa oli puhdasta, kiva kun ei ollut lattiamattoa. Aamupala loistava, ei ollut muoviastioita vaan pahvia ja puukuitua. Ekologista, kertakaikkiaan paras hotelli kun kiersimme koko Floridan osavaltion. Lämmin suositus. ”

”The property is across the street from the beach and on the rooftop you can see a great sunset over the water. The hotel has 2 bars that serve food, as well as providing entertainment. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. The only thing negative were the servers at the rooftop bar. They were slow and didn't check on us at all. The bartender was great.”

”A great girls night out, we did not eat on the property, but enjoyed the pool and clean beds!”
