Het was een prettig verblijf, goed bewaakt gebouw, aardige mensen en super dat er een wasmachine en droger waren. Een likje verf hier en daar en een noodlanding bij stroom uitval zou wonderen doen. Verder goede accommodatie.

The pool was very dirty even asking for it to be cleaned it was still dirty. This was the main reason for booking this apartment. It was a quick break. Very disappointed.

Misleading pictures and advertising of Apartment
The pictures of the rooms as advertised, are not the same as what we got. There is no aircon in the rooms as per the pictures. There were only one aircon in the lounge and it did not cool off the other rooms. The carpets were dirty and had stains. The chairs were dirty with stains. The tiles were broken. The only dustbin provided was broken and we struggled to open and close it. There was no blind in front of the outside door which was only glass. Not a very nice stay :-(

I promise to stay back there next time however, this would have been more pleasant if you organize airport transfer transport as in my travel experience, guest who arrive at late hours are more safe to commute to the accommodation place with a car provided by the organization. We like it’s convenience in terms of location. The security is awesome- Room service is ok but can be better- The swimming pool needs to be cleaned regularly and in control. My thumb to open and close doors in drive through did NOT work for many days of our stay and it was frustrated - Could be improved and NOT to happen again. Thank you

Excelente custo benefício, bem localizado, bom estado, muitas facilidades acima da minha expectativa, atendimento cortês que autorizou check-in antecipado sem nenhum questionamento, porém para o wifi que caiu a noite, não tive a oportunidade de pedir o reparo, pois fiquei só uma noite. Altamente recomendado.

Good Location. However the last two stays have been disappointing. The standard of cleaning of the rooms is not as it was two years and definitely not as five years ago. Also we lost some items, which has never happened before.

Cold, no at conditioning functioning and no towels
It was a really bad experience to arrive at night with no possibility of a front desk to question about the ar condicioning that was not working and the total absence of towels for baths.

Everything was good. Internet had ups and downs.
It was good. Had issues with entering and leaving the facilities because the fingerprint had issues. Internet had ups and downs. But all was ok. I loved to stay there. It's safe, clean and people are very very friendly.

Wrong room of a lower category given.
We had booked a Penthouse suite and were given a standard suite. The room was still being cleaned when we checked in at 6.40 pm. As some of us were very sick, we checked in at the room allocated. No proper eating place nearby.

To many issues but lacked being addressed
My stay was not pleasant. While there was one member of their staff that was willing to help after I bought it to her attention the issues and how we are expected to pay but not get the essentials the other staff members were rude and unwilling to help. Although, it was known that the internet and tv was down, we were not notified. When we complaint, it took hours for someone to address the issue and that is when we found out, they had already known of this issue. They moved us and we still continued to have the same issues.

Close to shopping and secure.
We felt like we were in a housing commission flat in a seedy part of town! Windows of bedroom, were scary to open, as they were directly on the walking path of other guests at head level without any protective grille. No balcony door key available to lock door. Washing was taken by staff without being asked, washed, which was fine, but 3 good tops came back shrunk! There was a free shuttle to mall, and lady driver Nono, was nice and helpful. Security guys called me 'their special hotel' shuttle to get some snacks from a local shop, who turned out to be a crooked driver asking me to buy him a Mercedes before we even left car park! Then made me buy him chips in shop, and then doubled the fare that was promised by security staff. On arrival the security staff mumbled, yes, it is only one way that was the originally quoted charge. Felt intimidated, as he had no meter, and a dummy taxi sign he puts on only when driving. Get a cab from reputable people! I was angry at security who you should trust. Bed covers weird and not comfy. Dirty smelly bathroom.

O lugar tinha tudo para ser muito bom, mas pecam muito na limpeza. Durante 3 dias não colocaram toalha no quarto e quando chegava a noite não tinha recepção para buscar e tinha que enxugar com a toalha de rosto. O wi-fi também é muito ruim, cai de 5 em 5 minutos
