”I guess as a single star, one cannot expect too much, however, I found the place is generally ok. The one thing that the owners need to do in my opinion is to put signage to direct guests on how to access the rooms at the back. At some stage I was finding difficulty to find my way to the rooms at the back. I wouldn't know which doors to use through what looked like a lounge to access the rooms that are situated at the back. Otherwise I think they are trying.”

It was extremely difficult for us to find another accommodation at such short notice and so many guests. This experience leaves a very bitter taste and I don't think I will use Vrbo again”

”I made payment payment came out my bank , host never even knew i had paid and and and so got ripped off by vrbo as they said i could not get a refund even after host said no payment was made to him and had to find a alternitive stay as vrbo said not there problem so would suhest using anaother platform”

”Very nice and luxurious apartment hotel in Sandton. Only minus was TV-set has only one chanel available? Breakfast was for one client free even we had 90 m2 executive suite for two person. So the other of us must pay breafast daily.”
