”This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

”To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well.”

”I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...

”Property was clean. It appears to be updated. Problem was the pipe in the bathroom knocked very loudly at 6 am when the person in the neighboring room took a shower. Woke us up and continued for 5 minutes. It also knocked when we took showers. I mentioned this to the manager when checking out and she indicated she was aware of the problem but nothing could be done about it. Poor answer. I suggested they could cut through the drywall, secure the banging pipe, and repair the drywall.
