”A bit noisy on Noisy on north side”

”Noticed a big change from our last stay here - starting to look pretty beat up. Strong smells in the hallways and the room had a strong scent of deodorizer or something you’d use to cover up a smell - was very overpowering and made me very stuffed up when we were in the room. Did not exactly feel very safe this time around - some characters lurking around the parking lot and close to the entrance. Staff were great, breakfast was great. Would likely stay again.”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sketchy looking guests. Huge problem was no coffee in the morning until 8am when restaurant opened. I was gone by then. And no microwave so I couldn't even bring my own coffee the night before and warm it up. Even one of those lame little coffee makers would have got them another star”

”We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...

”Only reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and sauna but they didn’t advertise it was broken. Very upsetting. Wasted $300. I wouldn’t have booked and I want my money back. There was also security standing outside my room and pacing the whole night which was very odd and there was people slamming doors all night. Do not recommend a stay here. Waiting to hear from Expedia I want my money back!”

”not a whole lot of parking spaces had to walk far which can feel unsafe especially at night. Staff were not great nor knowledgeable for most things - had to wait over half hour for breakfast to be ready, first night was ok second night was very loud people fighting someone banged on my door, all the manager offered was one free night so I will not stay here again. ”
