”This was a wonderful, unique place to stay. The property was clean with great amenities and a helpful host.”

”It was dirty, run down, leaking, smelly, sticky, and broken. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was gross, the faucet leaked, and there was NO hot water. We asked at the front desk for help after 30 minutes of trying to get hot water only to be told the boiler is broken. The floor in our room was sticky and damp. The room smelled like pee. There was a wall of windows that looked into the hallway but no way to open a window for fresh air. There were 2 electric outlets...

”The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...

”This place felt dim, scary, and cheap (which is why it was the price). The rooms were small. The bathroom had literal piles of dirt in the corners. The tub was rust stained and looked dirty. We were too worried to shower there. There were piles of mattresses behind the hotel building. When we first arrived to our room, the cleaning lady was sitting in the hallway outside our room with bags of garbage. The bags stayed in the hallway for several hours after. ”There were dirty clothes left in the bathroom along with black mold in the corner of the tub. One of the 2 beds we couldn't sleep in. The sheets were firmly when we turned the sheets down. The towel by the sink had hair in it. The pool was drained and closed maintenance. I will never stay here again”

”Shower head leaked, carpeting was filthy and laundry was piled up in the dining area, so I checked out a day early and since I booked thru you the second day of the stay is non refundable not doing this again.”
