”Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this. ”My boyfriend and I stopped here while moving cross-country. Due to construction delays, we didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the desk staff was welcoming, reassured us that we parked the truck correctly, checked us in promptly, and offered us free waters (we were visibly exhausted!) ”Everything met or exceeded expectations.!”

”I was charged 3 times and no one seemed to know why. They said to wait 24 hours. The first 2 charges then after I called another charge showed up. the TV remote hardly worked. Very frustrating to see charges show up and no one seemed to know why. I was told to try and call when a manager was available. Tried customer service but took a very long time.”
