”I did not feel safe at all I was given the key to room went in I was going to make coffee. I seen bugs crawling up and down on the wall near the outlet..I heard a noise arguing next door ..door slammed so I opened the curtains..mind you I am on the 1st floor .The lock on window was damaged could not lock at all with screws loose...I did not feel safe!!!”

”Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

”The room had plenty of room and even a full kitchen although I didn't cook. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've as slept in in a long time. There were many choices at breakfast, but even though I got there soon after it opened, the food was luke warm. The oatmeal was watery. The cream cheese was sitting in water not ice, so I didn't dare try it. Didn't want to get sick.”

”Typically these types of suites are great. This 2 bedroom suite, however, was clean, but smelled like a smoker had lived there for a long time and smoked in the unit. Not like a smoker had recently left, but that old, dank, ingrained smell.”
