”Great hotel but slowest elevator ever made so try to stay lowest level possible. Great room and great bed but terrible pillows. No usb chargers outer usb port for charging like similar other hotels. Great parking and helpful staff.”

Only issue was the spout in the bathroom leaked so it driped all day & night & the WIFI signal was weak . Also the handicap parking is far from the front door. But overall, a great stay! ”It was a quiet space and easy to sleep in. My room had a small kitchenette which was nice to have. Staff replaced a broken ironing board within the hour when I needed it. Breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options including vegetarian. Parking was close by and checking in/out was easy. I got a great recommendation for a cafe (La Greeka) in Lawrence from the front of house staff. ”

”I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The A/C in our room was completely broken, and the temperature stayed around 80 degrees the entire time, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When we brought the issue to staff, manager Emily was dismissive, showed no empathy, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No real solution was offered. On top of that, the professionalism of the staff was lacking. Their appearance and overall attitude did not reflect the level of service you...
