”The room was clean and very well maintained. The furniture was very nice and cozy with lots of seating. The view of Lake Superior was amazing on the balcony and from the side window. Since we had a cool, windy evening the fireplace was very cozy. The complimentary coffee at The Sandbar Cafe was a nice added touch. We will definitely try to come back again.”

”This hotel is on a lovely property and from the outside, looks like a grand historical hotel. The interior decor is not in alignment with the building and the rooms are tired. Breakfast was just okay. I would stay again if there were no other options and be okay, but the cost would be hard to take considering the experience. This could be an amazing hotel, it needs some TLC to get there.”
