”This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! ”

”This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing.
There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD.

”The location was great and the cafe downstairs was very good for breakfast. However, we didn’t get the room (with 2 beds) that we booked and paid for for the first night as we arrived later in the evening. Had to change rooms in the following morning with quite a lot of hassle and the staff didn’t quite do what they promised upon arrival. Also, we had couple of very big cockroaches in our bathroom that we ended up killing ourselves, which wasn’t nice. Hotel only cleans rooms every 5 days so that...

”I liked the location and the easy check-in. I also appreciated the possibility to store luggage on the last day. The only downside is that the resort is a bit old and could use some renovation – for example, the doors, through which the wind could be heard at night, creating unpleasant noises. ”I chose this place because of the good reviews – and I was happy to notice that it was really good! Nice "boutique type" of hotel in a great spot. And quiet enough to sleep in the upper floors atleast (I was on the 18th floor) even though there are cars driving in Waikiki center. Bed was very good in my taste. The breakfast was good enough because I got plenty of fruits and eggs (I don't eat meat). There is a water refill station in the lobby. Cosmopolitan queen room was nice, and nice city view...

* The air conditioner was powerful and efficient

”Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.
