”Great…clean and nice staff”

”Everything was great but the room was kind of smelly and I saw some ckroaches around the microwave”

”Phenomenal concept. The rooms are directly attached to The Mill, which is filled with cute restaurants and bars, making it super convenient. The overall location is central (though not walkable to anything so car is a must). Kitchen has basics including a fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses. Room was large and very clean, large king bed and a twin bed upstairs, and a twin bed downstairs. It's probably not comfortable for 2 couples or a group of adults because the bathroom/toilet is not really...

”This hotel is absolutely not worth $300 a night. It’s old and run-down, the service is poor, and you hardly ever see any staff. The kitchen was dirty, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited. While guests were eating breakfast, an employee came in and started sweeping the floor, kicking up dust. This place was worse than a Motel 6. Honestly, even $50 a night would be too much.”

”A few positives: The bed was comfortable; the HVAC worked properly and was not noisy. Parking was sufficient. The breakfast was standard but ran out of some items shortly after 8 AM. Several restaurants close by, including Olive Garden, IHOP, and a variety of fast food chains. The room smelled musty upon entering. The carpets were dirty. The furniture had nicks and scratches. The nightstand had a broken drawer. Two roaches in the bathroom, plus a few smaller bugs. The bathroom was also the...

”The room was OK. Beds were clean, but not comfortable. The room was clean but the bathroom could've have used some extra cleaning. Staff was super friendly and helpful too. Overall, not a bad place to stay. The other hotel cancelled our reservation, so Quality Inn saved the day for us.”

”Shower Head didn’t work. Roaches everywhere in the room. No breakfast just coffee and a small yogurt. Tv barely worked. No lock on the doors.”

”I do appreciate being able to stay from time to time but really don't appreciate not even being able to step out of your room let alone be able to simply open the door for a moment without getting choked by cigarette smoke and I have asthma yet I'm told as long as they don't smoke in their room in the non smoking section of the motel there is nothing management can do about it and if you don't like it oh well I don't think that's right but oh well”

”The hotel was great! And the area as perfect. The only things I can complain about are the “musty moldy” smell that the room had. And “bug” traps left to where your animals could possibly reach them.”
