Chalet't – Johnson City

”I’ve always had a great stay at the Carnegie. This stay was great until the end. I had to go back in to retrieve a receipt. The gentleman was helping another customer while I was waiting. A lady came to the counter. Never asked if I needed anything, barely acknowledged my presence. A gentleman stepped off the elevator. She acknowledged him and asked if she could help him. I didn’t allow my anger to get the best of me; however, I will never forget this experience. I will always remember her face.”

”Quiet and clean, with friendly staff”

”The room itself was clean and well appointed. The hallway carpet needed to be replaced and the walls of hallway needed painting. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant.”

”The welcoming staff was so nice to be met by after a challenging drive. Room was clean, comfy bed, roomy bathroom, quiet. Nice selection of snacks for purchase and restaurants close by. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. I felt safe there.”

”Loved the location and the staff were great”

”The location was good: relatively quiet with restaurants, etc. nearby, not far from town. Has seen better days.”
