This home is thoroughly cleaned between each stay and ensures compliance with Airbnb`s enhanced 5-step cleaning protocol.

Any item left behind by a guest will be either thrown out or shipped to the guest at their expense.

Access is through a smart lockbox. We provide each guest with a unique code provided in the check-in instructions. This code changes for every reservation to ensure each guest`s safety.

All guests must notify us if they plan to check-in past 9pm. This is allowed; we just ask to be notified.

Guests have full access to the home, wraparound porch, and fenced backyard. A hallway closet will remain locked for our supplies.

We will not be on-site, but are happy to correspond with you over the phone!

The home does not have any immediate neighbors, but is just a short distance from the charming downtown area with restaurants, breweries and wineries, and boutique shopping.

House has free off street parking close to the entrance. The home is a 5 minute walk from downtown Johnson City, but there is plenty of free parking downtown as well.

Pets are allowed but must be approved by the host. Please message us prior to booking.

Use of drugs on the property is prohibited, including marijuana. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Guests cannot check out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. This is so our cleaners can also have those important holidays off with their families. Please adjust your reservation accordingly before booking.

Late check outs will incur a $50 fee every 30 minutes guests are late on check out.
