”The kitchen was not fully equipped, the freezer had food spills on the shelves, there were not any trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher soap. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, lots of areas where it looked liked it wasn’t swept. There weren’t any handovers or washcloths. The house needed a lot of upgrades because it just looked like some flipped it without the proper equipment and materials. The ”

”Kitchen was very nice and well stocked. Comfortable beds, and decorated nicthe house was nicely decorated. ”

”We loved the place! Very nice and welcoming it was. The toot toot from the passing trains woke us up, but the beds were comfortable , so we just cuddled up again after they passed.”

”House was clean and had what we needed.Parking was a bit tight. Patio furniture cushions were hardly usable very dirty”

”I absolutely loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it so relaxing. The home was beautifully remodeled with super cute décor and everything felt very clean and welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the awesome fenced-in backyard — perfect if you’re traveling with a pet. The outdoor space was so clean, cozy, and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!”

”House was dirty when we checked in. Had not been cleaned…dirty wash cloth in the shower. Bugs in bed and all over the floor. We took pictures of the mess. Ashley came on Sunday and cleaned…thank you Ashley…she made the house livable. I would not recommend this house to anyone. If this is the way SANCTUARY houses are kept, I would not choose another SANCTUARY listing. It is the worse VRBO house we have ever rented.”

”We had a very good stay. We found the house very clean. The living space is cheerful and whimsical and we enjoyed the art. Conveniently located. We were a family of 4 adults , an infant and two dogs and it was very comfortable for all of us. Daphanie was very good with communication. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. ”

”Overall the house was nice and suited our needs very well. However, we had a couple issues. We could not get the volume for one of the TVs to work. Thankfully there was a second TV. The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen. We had to throw some of our food away. I sent a message to the host through the VRBO app, but I never received a response. ”
