”The staff is soo good there. Its our third time, and we wont be choosing anywhere else. The front coordinator was soo nice, the cleaning staff is laughing an having fun. Everything is spotless. I honestly think there underpaid probably by how amazing they are the few times weve been there so far. Ill be there every week for a bit until i leave state for work, and ill be looking for ihg everywhere i travel now due to this lacey, wa location. :) someone needs to recognize these staff. ”

”Hotel location is good and peaceful. The breakfast has issues, something was always missing and the service was really unpolite and arrogant "we don't have enough staff", "the breakfast ends soon" (even though there was still 30 minutes to go). The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”The room was nice and the kitchenette and entertainment components were clean and modern.
The entrance to the driveway needs a big sign where to turn. The number for the address is there but we ounch that into maps and need the hotel name there! The driveway is really skinny between other businesses.
The staff was friendly . I had several questions and they answered them with a smile, but when I tried to use the TV in the fitness room on the first night and it didnt work and the same problem...
