”Iso huone. Kattava hyvä aamupala. Sijainti huonohko jalkaisin liikkuvalle. Alas alue pieni, höyrysauna ei toiminut kunnolla.”

”Communication with this place was really good. Always ansvered very quickly. Room was good. Everything worked. It was clean. For self check in we got good information and it worked well. Stayed in family sweet. It was floor 42. Good views and no another buildings to block view. ”

”Stayed with my hubby from 22 to 24 May 2026. Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was scrumptious and satisfying. In Room Dining service, very very good. Just 1 hiccup though, when we called for bell hop service, took more than 20 mins to show up. By which time our transporter had arrived. This is second time we encountered such incident. We are regulars at Amari since 2017, hope this issue is addressed so that we could continue to enjoy our future visits.”

”We are a family of 6, the apartment was very spacious and the location was convenient too. We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this accommodation.”

”Stayed at the family suite, the kids room is so lovely, my kid enjoyed it. The toilet was amazing too. Great stay. Breakfast spread was good too. The free flow alcohol and food spread at club lounge was great too.”

”The aircon was really noisy cant sleep at all, the aircon isnt like your home aircon so take note of that, and the room was very running down and dirty, blanket tuck underneath was black and smelly, despite the friendliness of the staffs I will never comeback here again.”

”Clean and comfy”

”The apartment was good except the checking in process. We reached out to the property host one day before checking in and the day of arrival, but we got no response at all. We tried several times and finally got the response. It took a hard time. The communication was poor.”

”Refurbishment has been started at the hotel. However, I stayed one of the old rooms that has no windows. Linens are stained and need to be renewed. Bathroom was filthy. Wi-fi worked this time, but it was down throughout my previous stay. Poor housekeeping: the room was not done even "please clean my room" sign was left door knob in the morning. When the housekeeping was contacted in the evening, trash pin was emptied and towels changed only. Overall I felt like the hotel is poorly managed.”

”Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled.”

”For this cheap price this was an excellent place to stay! We have nothing negative to say about this hostel.”

”The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”

”Good location near Pelangi Plaza. Though crossing the road by foot needs to be careful of traffic as there are limited crossing road options. Hotel room is clean and good size.”
