In our homestay, you’ll find:

• Air-conditioning each room

• Induction cooker (1 Burner, only allowed light cooking)

• Washing Machine (only washer and no provide detergent)

【Registration】
Guest are required to provide passport or IC copy for registration purpose.

【Parking】
The house have 1 assigned resident parking lot provided for free. If guest have 2nd car can register visitor parking with the security, overnight fee RM20/per night. The visitor parking is share with resident's car park.

【Access Card】
We will provide 2 access card and key. Lost access card will be charged for a replacement cost at RM100/pcs.

【Early check-in】
Early check-in is subject to availability. Due to our normal check-out time at 12pm and we need give time to our cleaner clean room. We will update our guest once the house is ready for check-in.
Early check-in from 12pm-2pm is charge by hourly.
Before 12pm, please just add 1 night on your trip.

【Late check-out】
Guest can check with us if you are planning for late check-out and inform us at least 24hrs in advance. But is also subject to availability.
From 12pm-2pm, late check-out fee is charge by hourly.
After 3pm, please extend 1 more night on your trip.

【Cleaning fee】
The cleaning fee is charged one time based on per check out. No daily cleaning service except guest pay for extra daily cleaning service fee per time.
