”Overall, no leaks and no bugs. Very run down property needs a lot of work. Beds are reasonably comfortable, AC and Hot Water work well. All other furniture needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable unless you are horizontal in bed. Kitchen Not stocked well, what it does have is old. Kitchen window does not lock i used a wooden spoon to keep it from being slid open from outside. Kind of unsafe if you dont know about it. Again 3 stars is the most it can have. Pics on listing really make it look...

”We had a really great stay. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. Family friendly home with large yard for kids to play in, host provided high chair and crib making traveling so convenient. House was as picture. Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds and close to everything you need like grocery stores, shops , etc. Highly recommend to traveling families.”

”This is a beautiful house in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our trip to Chicagoland Speedway. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and it just feels like home away from home.”

”We stayed for two weeks to see various family members who came and went as schedules allowed. Overall, the house is great on many levels, if lacking in a few specific areas. First, the great, the hosts are incredibly receptive, friendly, helpful and gave the distinct impressions that they want to make your stay as good as possible. The common spaces are wonderful as well as the main pool, with plenty of space for people of all ages to enjoy themselves. Next, the good, the dining rooms were great...

”The Verbena Cottage was so enjoyable. Tastefully decorated and welcoming. Very close to restaurants, stores, and parks. The shower had wonderful hot water.”

”Quiet neighbourhood, great place to stay.”

”This was my first experience with any VRBO and the only issue I had was with the VRBO application program. The property. On the otherhand, was outstanding and the property was lovely and well stocked.
