”Reviews online were obviously fabricated.
Room was very dirty. Stains all over the wall. Carpet was disgusting. Beds were definitely not queen's.
Elevator was out of order, which made it very difficult for my husband, who is handicap, to get up the stairs.
Asked for more towels and was told that we had to return our dirty ones before they would bring us more. Said that we would have had to physically bring them down to laundry before we could get any more.
Will never stay there again.”

”This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia.
The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party.”

”Clean room,it's an older place but they do provide towel service daily and clean any day you ask them to. Plenty of free parking,I liked the location a lot, minutes away from all the tourist places in Pigeon Forge. It's a basic motel that does have a pool but no extras like breakfast or a workout room. The price was very reasonable and way less then any other place I checked. I'll definitely stay with them next time.”

”The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area.
The room was however covered in mold and as a result we became sick, so sick we were unable to even move to another room. I really hope they took care of the issue as they said they would.”

”The property is practically brand new and well maintained. The staff was helpful, but not noteworthy. The breakfast was not nearly worth what they're charging for it. Weak coffee (colored water, more accurately), the oatmeal condiments were very old or nearly empty. Poor selection if breads. The coffee was the biggest swing and a miss.”

”Upon check-in, we found the room to be in a deeply unclean condition with multiple bugs present, and our baby has already received bug bites. Staying in this room is completely unsafe and distressing, especially with an infant. We barely slept last night, spending the whole night awake just to monitor our baby and protect her from bugs.”
