”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. ”I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”

”Hotel is a little on the dated side. It could use a refreshing but the room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there the night before we left to be close to BWI airport. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service was very good. Breakfast was decent but they need to get away from the instant coffee packets.
