”This property was not in the condition advertised at the time of check-in.
Access instructions were delayed, and upon arrival the home was not properly prepared. The primary bedroom had not been cleaned, towels were missing, and several areas of the home showed maintenance and cleanliness issues, including holes in walls and a broken step from the garage that posed a safety concern. The sunroom was also not clean.

”The property i booked was changed to a cheaper and uglier house on the same day. Since it was last minute and there is a toddler with us, i didn’t have an option to say yes to the property that was offered. The property was very old and the walls and ceiling was chiping off. We found a live bugs. Stains on towels, No vessels, Unwashed cookware with leftover food, Bugs, No paper towels , Just 2 plates, No bath soap, No utensils.
