”A unique place to stay. Its more of an experience than a hotel. The room is amazing. Located close , right in the middle of, the historic partof town. The staff was super nice, welcoming and very helpful with recommendations. ”

”Excellent little hotel with good location. We appreciated shuttle service provided by nearby private parking garage (recommended by the hotel also). Our cave was perfect for sleeping, no outside noise at all. The bed was a bit too hard for us, though. Several restaurants in very short walking distance. ”

”Lovely spacious room, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed. Two balcony doors overlooking the streets. Complimentary snacks and water and coffee vouchers is a nice touch. Antonio provided suggested walking routes and restaurants. Door locks are dated and clunky and no safe. Noisy crowds at cafe below late at night but windows sound proofed. Would return again.”

”Vuokraisännällä on vieressä autokorjaamo josta hänet yleensä löytää. On erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias mutta ei puhu muuta kuin italiaa. Pihalla on parkkipaikka. Ainoastaan aamiainen joka syödään jossain baarissa/ kahvilassa on turhan kevyt.”

”I have wanted to stay in the Matera caves for many years in coming to italy and having finally got here, not sure why it took so long. Matera is one of the most beautiful places i have ever been and this was the perfect accommodation. Stayed in a cave suite which was a unique experience, very comfortable and spacious. The parking is close enough and we had no problem getting to the property although they will assist if needed. Breakfast was varied and served in a lovely area past reception:...

”Loved the property, the room and the location! The staff were super helpful reaching out prior to check in to coordinate arrival but also shared many great links to current events, restaurants, things to do etc. The room and shower were lovely, clean and spacious. The location could not have been better. Just at the top of the Sassi so easy to get to one of the main boulevards with many restaurants in the new section overlooking the Sassi as well as the Sassi itself. Parking was not available...
