”First of all we had a very nice stay. The view from the several balconies and terraces and pool is stunning - enjoy a cold drink and look atnthe sunset over yhe ionic sea. The pool is cleaned regularly. The house itself is a bit out of shape - broken umbrellas, sofas covered by blankets (not visible in the announced photos). ”Sehr angenehme Gastgeber, welche einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen wenn man Wünsche hat. Das Haus ist wunderschön und abseits der touristischen Städte, jedoch nahe genug um einen kurzen Bastecher dorthin zu machen. Alles ist sauber und man bekommt wenn man will frische Handtücher oder sonstiges. Die Gastgeber sind über freundlich und sympathisch und geben auch Tips für tolle Strände und Fährverbindungen. ”Stayed here with 6 women and it was perfect, everyone had their own bathroom. Also tons of mirrors! We loved having breakfast by the pool or on the balcony upstairs. It honestly felt too big of a house for us at times. The kitchen had everything we needed plus theres a mini grocery store down the street. Only wish the pool was heated but we did come in sept. The views from the villa are also amazing. We rented a car but also took taxis to Argostoli for drinks and dancing. Easy to book and cost...

The Villa Psaropouli was enchanting and exactly as advertised. Lots of plants were in bloom adding to the charm of the villa. We visited several tavernas in the area and had a marvelous time. ”The Villas at LOFOS SOILIS are very nice. The apartments themselves are very clean and in a great location set in the middle of an Olive Grove. The villas all have their own private covered veranda. The terrace which is fringed by a number of tables where breakfast is served, and also evening meals, has a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding hills and sea across to Kefalonia. ”Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. ”Siamo stati ospitati da Dyonisios in questa bellissima struttura dal 16 al 22 agosto 2023. Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa n.1 in 7 persone (2 famiglie). La struttura è di recente costruzione e si presta ad ospitare più persone perché le 3 camere da letto hanno ognuna un bagno privato. Lo spazio esterno è molto curato e la presenza della piscina privata ha reso ancora più confortevole il soggiorno. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi (in 2 o 3 minuti) e gode della presenza di un ristorante...

”The property was spotlessly clean albeit a bit dated. The twice weekly change over of towels etc was a nice touch. The kitchenware could do with a restock and update and a washing machine would be a bonus. The pool was kept sparkling. The location is great if you want seclusion and privacy but it’s quite isolated - a car or scooter is a must.”

”A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. Having the entire villa and pool to ourselves was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen but no pantry staples, although eating out in the village is a better option...

”You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. The lounge was large, comfortable & clean with high end furnishings....
