”We purchased a room with 2 queen beds that stated it could accommodate 5 people, which we were traveling with. Upon arrival, there were 2 queen beds with no other sleeping options, we anticipated a small couch or pull-out. When I requested a hideaway, they could not provide this. They apologized for the inconvenience but provided no other options. We requested additional bedding to create a bed on the floor, after waiting 3 hours for housekeeping, it was delivered to our room at 11:00 pm. & left...

”Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. ”

”Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Heating unit worked well. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was awesome!! The fitness center was closed for repairs. I would have used it. The swimming pool and hot tub was great. The other thing I would look at is the door key to my room had issues and then the door was hard to push open. That was frustrating. Apart from that and the fitness center being closed I had a great stay. ”

”Hot tub was cold. Room was very musty. She Took forever to get checked in. Front desk person on his phone the entire time I was wanting help. My 13 year old felt very unsafe. ”
