”Good location, affordable.”

”The keys”

”There was a microwave to use. The bed was very uncomfortable and didn't like that there was carpet on the floor.”

”more towels and breakfast options.”

”Neither the TV nor the microwave cords could reach the outlet, luckily had an extension cord with me. The frig was unplugged when I arrived. It did come on as soon as I plugged it in and I was able to store my items overnight. I arrived late and the office was closed, but the attendant provided me keys through an open door. I left early in the morning and there was a mail slot for return of my key. That was helpful.”

”Great stay for the price. Helpful staff. It is a bare bones motel and not a high end hotel so don’t expect 24 hour room service or ultra fast internet, and have some patience as it is a local business. But a great stay, helpful and accommodating staff, and friendly neighbours.”

”Excellent location - walkable to the falls (horseshoe), beautiful dufferine island park as well as the botanical garden (a few minutes on foot!) Good breakfast, clean and comfortable room plus friendly staff services. We will definitely stay again in case of the next overnight stay at Niagara falls.”

”It was a good place to stay, near everything”

”Proximity to town,”

”We stayed for one night, the room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Being on Lundy’s made it really convenient for the night with a lot to do around us. Would definitely recommend and book again!!”

”Staff was excellent. Bed comfy, hot water and pressure great, fridge worked, wifi cut out off and on a few times but generally solid. That is all I needed- met expectations. Remember, it is not the Ritz Carlton. Awesome deal.”
