”The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”

”Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway. ”The room we stayed in was not as per the listing description for the property, nor did it match the pictures on the listing. Very dark hallways, felt unsafe. Fire doors in hallway were propped open the whole time. Noisy. Shower curtain was a foot too short and only went part way around the shower stall so most of the bathroom flooded during a shower. No fan in bathroom or squeegee so the water just sat there. No closet for hanging clothes. No luggage or bag storage..everything had to sit on the...
