”Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.”

”Ceiling was leaking right outside our door, carpet was soaked. No AC thermostat in our room/not working - window unit installed. Door deadbolt not functional/locks you out. Very dirty underneath pull out couch, hair in shower. Staff was very friendly though. They tried to be helpful where they could with all the above.”

”We were pretty disappointed with our stay in Canton. The hotel was under renovation, which I get is important but there was no place out front to park to check in. Our room had gum stuck to the carpet and the TV did not work.”

”Good things: nice breakfast, with clean seating, and a waffle maker, and plenty of other food. The room was spacious and clean when we arrived. Negative: Cleaning service, to our surprise, was only available upon request, as we checked in late the night before and didn’t have time to read the strange notification that service was only provided upon special request. After finding that the room wasn’t clean the first night, we requested and received service for the next day. Two days later, we had...

”My new favorite hotel. Very clean. Front desk staff, so friendly. Absolutely no complaints.”

”5 days stay for an event. Requested enough towels for the entire stay and was only allowed the number used per day and they weren’t even clean. I had to purchase bathroom cleaner and a scrub brush to clean my own bathroom. The key card locked me out daily. I had to go to the front desk every day and have them fix it. This facility is currently going through a renovation but I canceled my upcoming stay and made reservations elsewhere. A dirty room is unacceptable let alone a bathroom.”

”The pool was not bigger than a big tub. Only 12 people max. The room sufficed but was not as I expected based on the pictures online.”
