”Rooms, sheets were clean but the hotel is very old and outdated. Carpets are very old and stink with bad odor!!! Breakfast is very minimal too, we just had the coffee and left.”

”From front desk to house keeping , the servicing cleanliness of the hotel, met more than my expectations. The only issue we had was the TV programming, but that was it.”

”Our room was given to other people when we arrived late at midnight eventhough we booked and paid months ago. They were fully booked so we were put in a different room which wasnt big enough to fit 6 of us. Thats very disappointed. However, the staff who helped us check in was helpful and able to find a solution eventhough this wasnt his fault at all.”

”The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case.”

”Hotel is under new management and the new staff appears to be quite nice and accommodating. Hotel itself has a shabby exterior, but the rooms are clean and the lobby looks to be freshly renovated. Would stay again if in Olympia.”

”Staffing was great they made sure that we had what we needed throughout the time we stayed which was great even the fancy hotels have lacked in that department. It was affordable for what we needed this trip.”

”Dated, older property. Carpet needs replacing badly. Room did not have any towels when we checked in and towels we did receive desperately needed replacing (all were ripped and tattered). We called front desk to let them know that we did not have towels, and she said they would send some to our room. After 45min of no towels being delivered, we went to the front desk to get them ourselves, and there were 2 other guests also at the front desk saying that they did not have any towels in their...

”the hotel was under construction so Parking was hard to find.”

”The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...
