Welcome to The Coyote Haus! Unwind and relax in our newly renovated home. While this modern home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy for you to get around:

7 mins to the west entrance of JTNP
3 min drive to Coyote Hole Canyon
3 min drive to downtown Joshua Tree
3 mins from the famous Joshua Tree Saloon

This home features wood beams along with rustic countertops, roof and fencing to provide a unique experience unlike anywhere else in Joshua Tree.

This desert sanctuary is a vision of relaxation. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the peace of the natural surroundings.

Inside the home, there’s an open-plan living space with two separate living rooms. Two bright bedrooms, with brand-new king size memory foam mattresses. There is also a futon in the sunroom that can be used for additional sleeping as an option (most comfortable for small kids).

After an afternoon spent discovering the wild beauty of your location, you’ll relish unwinding in the open-air newly built hammock garden. Keep things casual with a barbecue dinner on our brand new propane grill and enjoy a game of cornhole.

Open up the garage door and take in the breathtaking sunset views, while you play a game of shuffle board or ping pong. End nights with gathering around the fire pit while you watch the stars blanket the night sky and revel in the utter tranquility of this uniquely serene escape.

PETS
Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs, which includes picking up and disposing of all dog waste and sweeping up excessive dog hair. Please keep dogs off of furniture to be courteous to other guest. We do not have a pet fee but instead encourage you to donate to the local No-Kill Animal Shelter!

Guests are asked to respect the area`s quiet hours after 10 pm

No open fires are allowed, just our gas fire pits.

You are right at the center of it all! Downtown Joshua Tree with its amazing restaurants and atmosphere is just 3 min down the road. 7 min in the other direction you hit the West Entrance of the park and Coyote Hole Canyon is so close you can here the coyotes sing at night!

Driving is the best way to get around, save your legs for all of the amazing trails nearby!

Please keep in mind that we run on septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING that`s not toilet paper.

There is a very small drop going from the kitchen to the sunroom so please watch your step as you get used to the space.

Occasionally, you`ll hear some neighborhood dogs saying hello!

In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of the house.
**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL
DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE OUTDOOR GAS FIREPLACE
NO Pets on the furniture
CLEAN up after your pets
Max 2 pets allowed (Unauthorized dog will be fined $500)
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing Packages to the home

◈ Guests are fully responsible for any county or city citation issued due to noise or other confirmed complaints during their stay

ONLY FLUSH TIOLET PAPER: We run on septic so only flush toilet paper. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

If the person booking the reservation is under 21 then ID verification is required. Any minor not accompanied by an adult 25 or older must submit ID verification along with a parents ID for parental consent. The parent must accept full responsibility for any damage caused to the home and there is absolutely no underage drinking allowed.

Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM. There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.

**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
**Anything put in the outdoor fire pit: $100
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy. $150
**Excessive Cleaning for pets, e.g. pet hair $50
**Dog poop not picked up. $25

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250
