The entire property is yours! Please note that there are two closets in the carport locked to guests that are being used for supplies.

The Refuge is situated in North Joshua Tree, just 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown Joshua Tree. All homes in this area are on acreage, giving guests wide open space and privacy.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.
Other Things to Note:
Pool Heating Fee:
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September.

► October & April - $200/night
► November through March - $250/night
*No fee to heat the hot tub!*
Pool Heating:
Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool. Only one of the pool or hot tub can heat at once. If you wish to use the hot tub while the pool is heating, just note that the pool heating will turn off while the hot tub heats, so it will take a bit longer for the pool to get to 85 degrees. Once the hot tub is turned back off, the pool heating will resume.
Hot Tub Heating:
Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated 24/7 to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to an hour to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.
Pool and Hot Tub Service:
The pool and hot tub are serviced TBA, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.
Trash & Recycling Service:
Trash days are TBA. The trash company will bring the cans out and back in.
Cleaning Fee:
100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.

We live locally in Joshua Tree and are available when needed - we are just a message away at any time!
