Incorporating handcrafted pieces from Peru as well as luxury memory foam mattresses. This home has been lovingly transformed into a modern, chic, desert dream. Designed to be a desert haven where you can truly getaway from the hustle and bustle of life and connect to the powerful energy of the desert. Rest and recharge in our restorative retreat. Inspired by the natural elements of the desert. Bringing in raw natural texture with jute rugs made in India. Hand crafted natural stone sinks flown in from Bali. A custom handmade live edge table made of monkey pod wood. Imported handcrafted wall hangings made by the indigenous artisans of Peru. Beautiful unique pendant lights made of natural elements; rope, wood, and metal to create a warm and unique ambiance in each room. Enjoy the gorgeous natural light that streams into the house throughout the day as well as the indoor-outdoor living with French doors in the dining room and master bedroom that open out directly to the private back patio, pool spa area.

LOCATION: Located in a private secluded neighborhood, just a short 7-minute drive into downtown. This home is on 2.5 acres of sprawling desert landscape.

CHECK-INS & CHECK OUT: Check-in is any time after 4:00PM and check-out is any time before 11:00AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days prior to check- in for availability.

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king size bed with Green Tea Airflow Memory Foam Mattress. Beautiful pendant lights on either side of the bed with dimmer switch and USB outlet. The master bedroom has French doors that open out to the pool with ensuite bathroom that features a rain shower and handheld shower head. The master bathroom also includes floating vanity and imported stone sinks. There is a walk-in closet and ceiling fan above the bed.

SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed with a Memory Foam mattress, fishman net pendant lights with dimmer switch and USB port. Closet with sliding doors and ceiling fan above the bed. This room is private with a bathroom in between bedrooms.

THIRD BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed Memory Foam mattress, wood pendant lights with dimmer switch and USB port. Closet with sliding door and ceiling fan above the bed. This room is private with a bathroom in between rooms.

SECOND BATHROOM: This bathroom has a stone sink and full bathtub and shower.

KITCHEN: Fully equip kitchen with the latest Vitamix blender, stainless steel appliances, Bialetti coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy cooking in the modern open floor plan with open kitchen, dining and living room area. Makes connecting and socializing natural and easy. Sit around the beautiful handmade live edge table for a family style dinner or just hang out and talk by the kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is comfy and cozy with a sectional couch with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and 65” TV with Roku to stream all your favorite movies and shows. This house has a nice open floor plan, with the living room open to the dining room and kitchen.

YOGA/SOUND BATH/MEDITATION STUDIO: This large room comes complete with eight yoga mats, six meditation cushions, six hand towels, six water bottles, three yoga blocks, and two sound bowls. So, you can create your own tailor-made experience. Open the garage doors and take in the peaceful desert landscape.

OUTDOOR PATIO: Private outdoor patio with 40 foot long in ground lap pool and hot tub. There is plenty of seating with a couch and egg chair in the shade and three comfy lounge chairs in the sun. The patio also features a fully equipped grill.

POOL & HOT TUB: We believe in keeping our carbon foot print to a minimum and enjoying the desert in its raw natural form. We do heat the hot tub for your enjoyment but the pool is in its natural state unheated because it uses an exorbitant amount of propane that we
We prioritize minimizing our carbon footprint while allowing guests to fully appreciate the pristine beauty of the desert. While we do heat the hot tub for your enjoyment, we have chosen to keep the pool in its natural state, without heating, due to the excessive propane consumption it would otherwise entail. The hot tub is $50/per use. The reason for this charge is because in this remote areas of Joshua Tree so unlike the city this area is run exclusively on propane which is quite costly. All fuel must be trucked in.

PARKING: There is ample parking at this property. It can fit four cars in the driveway and a couple more on the side of the house if needed.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you would like an at home massage, sound healer or private chef to come to the house let us know and we can provide more information.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Free wifi and smart TV for streaming. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels, wash clothes as well as pool towels. The yoga studio comes as pictured, with 8 yoga mats, 6 meditation cushions, 6 water bottles, 6 wash cloths, 3 yoga blocks and two sound bowls.
