The moment you arrive you are greeted with mountain views and so many amenities: Pool, hot tub, outdoor dining tables, gas firepit, Billiards, indoor gas fireplace (seasonal), BBQ grill, hammock garden, comfy beds w/ 800 thread count sheets! 5min to the park’s West entrance and 3min to the village.
The space
The Pueblo Retreat was set up with our future guests in mind! Every detail was well thought out and we hope you enjoy it!
Located in the prestigious Quail Springs neighborhood minutes from the park, our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 8 guests comfortably. The house feels private (one next door neighbor), in a paved road with plenty of parking including a two car garage. There is a beautiful short hike just outside of our backyard to Coyote Hole Springs.

RULES:
- PARTIES
Not allowed at the house, but we get that it's fun to party while on vacation and at the desert! Joshua Tree and surroundings got you covered, from multiple live music venues, festivals, dive bars, bowling alleys, breweries to distilleries you can party without disturbing our quiet desert surroundings - win win!

- PETS
Although we LOVE pets, we can't allow for pets in consideration of other guests that may have pet allergies.

- FIRE
Due to a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the gas fire pit located outside is allowed.

- CAR LIMIT
Please note that only 4 cars are permitted at the property. This is strictly enforced by the county. Only park in the garage and driveway, street parking is not permitted in this area. If you have more vehicles than 4, please send me a message and an alternative can be provided.

- EV CHARGING
220V outlet in the garage. If you plan to charge your vehicle at the house, please bring your own EV charging accessories and cable.

- GUESTS
Our short term rental license, only allows for up to 8 guests on the property. For this reason, you are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your reservation unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and overnight guests.

- HOT TUB/SPA + POOL
. No diving
. No intoxicated person may use the pool or spa
. Children may never be left unattended when they may gain access to the pool or spa, not even for a few seconds
. Swim at your own risk
. Only non breakable glass is allowed in the pool and hot tub area, you can find those in the bar buffet/cabinet.

Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
