Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security

Please remember that you are staying in the desert, there will be critters, dirt, dust, and bugs.

The pool attracts all sorts of critters and from time to time, they do fall in the pool. Please rest assured, we clean it 2 times a week.

Use the pool at your own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

NEVER leave pets or children unattended around the pool.

Pool heating must be given a 12-hour notice so we can properly heat it. There is a 250$ fee to heat the pool.

We have two homes on this lot, they can be rented together for large parties. Message us for info.
