The White Owl House is newly remodeled and professionally designed in a calming mid-century/boho style with natural elements and desert vibes. Bright and spacious with an open concept of living, dining, and kitchen areas, its many windows and sliding doors bring in tons of natural light and desert views. It truly has one of the most magnificent panoramic views in the high desert area, overlooking the beautiful mountains of Joshua Tree National Park. The huge shaded patio outside of the living room area creates an open indoor-outdoor experience, bringing in the natural desert peacefulness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and accessories for any meal you wish to cook. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bathroom + an outdoor shower with hot water, each bedroom has a sliding door opening onto a private deck. Plenty of natural light brings peaceful energy into the bedroom spaces. Designed in unique styles, each bedroom has a king-size bed with a high-quality memory foam mattress, a seating area, and closets. Most destinations can be reached with a standard car. You do not need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to get around in the high desert. However, please be prepared for the possibility of encountering bumpy roads, it`s essential to drive at a slower pace and exercise caution.
☆ if you`d like to use the outdoor firepit Please bring your firewood. Dollar General or gas station has some nearby.

✦ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome and there is a one-time pet fee, please add your dog to the reservation to see the additional fee. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.
✦ Our pool and spa maintenance services are twice a week.
It takes about 10 minutes to service and will be performed in the outdoor area only. The hot tub is heated 24/7, the pool is not heated.
◈ Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am.
◈ Pls respect our neighbors No loud music outdoors.
◈ No Loud parties.
◈ Guests are fully responsible for any county or city citation issued due to noise or other confirmed complaints during their stay
◈ Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited within the house or the property.
◈ Legal Considerations:
This agreement serves as a vacation rental agreement, not a property lease. It does not confer any rights to the property at any time, and your usage is strictly defined by the terms outlined herein.
◈ Occupancy:
The number of individuals occupying the property must not exceed the count specified on your reservation confirmation without prior authorization from the host. This limitation applies whether the individuals are overnight guests or day visitors.
◈ Pets:
Pets are allowed only by adding the pet to the reservation along with the number of guests. (additional fees will apply automatically)
- Please keep pets off of all furniture.
- When outside the house, dogs must be leashed at all times to mitigate the potential dangers posed in the High Desert.
- Owners must promptly clean up after their pets and deposit waste in a plastic bag, placing it in the garbage.
(Unauthorized dog will be fined $500)
◈ Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs:
No lifeguard will be on duty at the pool, and guests swim at their own risk.
- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- No Pets in the pool or hot tub.
- The pool should not be used by intoxicated individuals.
- Never use the pool when alone, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14.
- All drinks must be served in unbreakable containers.
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any hour.
- For hot tubs, ensure the cover is fully removed before use, and avoid sitting or lying on the cover.
Please note that neither the host, the Property owner, nor their employees, or agents can guarantee the safety of individuals using property with a pool. As a result, you, the Guest, are responsible for any losses, costs, damages, claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from pool use by yourself, other occupants, your guests, or your pets.
Guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the host, the Property owner, and their employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all losses, costs, expenses, claims, liabilities, and causes of action resulting from the use of a pool on the Property by Guest, members of Guest`s household, Guest`s guests, or invitees.
