”Great room and very clean everywhere! However, limited hours of operation for the Starbucks or cafe and restaurant/bar. Not many choices to eat if you arrive after 11pm or very early checkout. Even the little market shop is limited in options.”

”Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend.”

”We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...

”Rooms are clean and looks new. Also, what i like about the property is the clean carpets. Room service should be requested. Aircons work well. Bed is comfortable. No bed bugs. Location is the best for me. The hotel is strategically located. Easily accessible to everything. We didnt opt for breakfast and we didnt use the amenities.”

”The A/C did not work in our room, after almost 2 hours, they moved us to a new room, which was ice cold, better flooring, better tv, and within the time it took us to unpack(again) after having unpacked and packed back up to move, they told us that the room we were in was already taken. So we had to pack up and move AGAIN! And the desk manager just walked up and SNATCHED the room key out of my wife’s hand when she was down there returning the keys from our first room. She didn’t say anything but...

”Met expectations. Clean, comfy, room very quiet and facing the woods. Breakfast could have had more variety for a 9-day stay.”

”This a lovely hotel with a sky high atrium. The beds are very comfortable. The room was quite small and the bathroom small with a weak shower head but it’s all newly renovated. It’s quiet and right in downtown Bethesda next to the metro with theater and restaurants in walking distance”

”It was a great stay! Comfy spacious rooms. Our AC broke during the night - which was rough - but the next day the staff dutifully gave us a different room. They were very helpful. Breakfast is nice! It was chaotic on a day with 2 tourist buses staying in the hotel: there was no seating because it was so crowded and people were leaving their trash everywhere, the poor staff was clearing tables and replenishing food as fast as they could! They were working so hard. Maybe staff can request...

”The room was clean a day staff helful. Breakfast did not have much. I left with no Breakfast because the pancake maker left parts of the mix uncooked. There was not much help there and nothing else that looked appetizing.”
