”We would stay there again. Very conveniently located. Far enough from bourbon street it was quiet but walking distance to most everything. Only complaint is the hotel everywhere outside your room is freezing and they only give you one regular coffee thing in your room. They were very good about giving others if you asked though. Only ran out of ice once in the machine. ”

We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”We had a lot of issues with this hotel. Our check-in experience was terrible, the receptionist was rude and disrespectful, not sure if I ever had a worse experience than this one. Overall below our expectations. Especially communication, no follow-up from management about our issues, Spa cancelled our beauty appointments on short notice. The bell boys and guest service staff were very helpful though. Would not book this hotel again. Disappointing for a 5 star Waldorf Astoria.”
