”The pictures of the building and room were not accurate. The pictures make the room seem brand new and spotless. The room and building itself are not maintained well. The kitchen was bare bones and everything in it was old and not very clean. The sheets were also not very clean. I felt a little scammed to be honest. Everything was just run down. I had to ask for everything. A hairdryer (the one they gave me had tape holding it together), trash bags, coffee etc. The gym is terrible (dirty with...

”O quarto estava bem limpo e arrumado.

This hotel is perfectly okay but not the 4 star location that it promises. It looks much grander than it is. The rooms are big and stylish but you hear people even talking the room right next to you all through the night and it's hard to block the sun with the curtains provided. The breakfast looks nice but everything that they use is the cheapest possible (especially the juice and yoghurt were pretty disgusting). They have a nice rooftop pool that is supposed to be heated but it was just 18...
