”The apartment was very well kept and clean. There were utensils and other kitchen items that came in handy for making breakfast for the family. The location was perfect as it was not far from all the beach activities. There was a security person 24 hours a day which helped with the safety aspect. There is street parking but it is literally in front of the building and security sits outside most of the time so everything felt safe. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. ”

”My only criticism is that the power for the rental was turned off at the circuit breaker. It should be turned on prior to the guests arrival. I originally thought nothing was working until I noticed the refrigerator was. At the circuit breaker, the refrigerator power was tapped off to stay on and all other tabs were off. If I had arrived at night, that would have been very difficult to determine in the dark. ”

”If you are looking for a perfect location on the Malecon at Salinas and want to stay at a roomy location with character, look no further. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. Questions were answered quickly, and Cynthia was available for recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!”
