”Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

”Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69.”

”Excellent location. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Roof top lounge offered quality drinks as well as food with a great city view. Would recommend.”

”This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town.”

”We were able to check in early and the staff were very kind and helpful! Beds and rooms were a little smaller than expected but sufficient. Breakfast was just poptarts, apples, and oatmeal packs. Selection of sodas, waters, and ice cream for purchase was nice. Ended up buying bottled water because there was no drinking fountain and tap water didn't taste great. 30 minutes of walking and train rides to get downtown.”

”Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful. ”The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements.
