”We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.”

”We really loved the location. We were able to park the car and walk around downtown Boise. There are a lot of restaurants and bars with in walking distance.”

”The Boise Guest House is our goto place to stay when we come to Boise for an event. It's always quiet, and there's a small backyard with tables and chairs to sit in. Checking in is always easy. The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again.”

”We've stayed here several times and love it. The design is simple and stylish. The staff is the best: bright, friendly, cheerful and responsive. I honestly can't say enough good things. Really original and creative. And when you turn on the TV in your room, they have this series of film shorts (all about 20 mins.) like a mini film festival. They're all good. And easy walk to all the great downtown stuff. And the free breakfast in such a cool and relaxed setting is not bad either!”

”We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”

”Our room wasn't very clean. It didn't appear to have been vacuumed and we found a bag of groceries in a drawer from the previous occupants. Also, the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work very well and it was pretty uncomfortable during our stay. Other rooms may have been nicer and it could have been a one off situation.”

”The wonderful Sandbar closing at 9:50 on a Saturday night seems like a definite miss on an otherwise perfect stay.”

”States that it has a pool, but you don’t have access to it only residents do also whenever I got there there was no electricity until maybe about two hours after my arrival”

”Check in was 3pm and we arrived a little after 5pm and our room wasn't ready. They said housekeeping was running behind and it would be a while yet. We had dinner reservations at 6 so we couldn't change our clothes after driving five hours. At 5:45 we finally got our room but it was too late and we had to go to our reservation and didn't get to our room until after 8pm. On the plus side, they did let us have a 1pm checkout to make up for our room not being ready. ”
