”The hotel is decent anda great location for Red Rocks Amphitheater, it is a 7 min drive! I paid for a Mountain View room and got no mountains, but a great view of Whole Foods. When I asked about it, I was told it is in the side that faces the mountains, however they did move me to a room that had a bit better view behind the huge utility unit right in front of the window! ”The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!”

”Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional.”

”We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. ”The mattresses and pillows were wicked comfy, helping provide a good night's sleep. The basic room amenities all functioned properly. We took advantage of the guest laundry room, the staff being most helpful with changing bills for quarters ($2 a load) and carrying Tide powder for $2. The laundry came out clean both times, which was surprising for how hard my teenagers play. Note: The dryer needed two cycles to remove all hint of dampness. ”Only stayed 1 night for a concert at red rocks but overall it was a great experience. Definitely will stay here again for future concerts.”

”Curtains in our room didn't close completely, but the staff found clips so that we could use to close the gap. There was an overall electrical problem that the hotel worked to get resolved in a timely manner. Elevators were out due to this early morning but were up and running by 10.”

”The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden.”
