”Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

”The property was clean and had friendly staff. The parking lot is small but there is a dirt lot next to it you can also park in. It was a little disappointing they charge for parking but there isn’t room on the paved lot for all the guests so we ended up in the mud in the dirt lot. On street parking is free so it doesn’t make sense that there is a mandatory parking fee. It is walking distance to the Clinton Library and downtown Little Rock which is nice.”

”The whole key process was simple. The room was great. The stairs were really steep. Railing is really low so nothing to hold on to as you walk down the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice stay.”

”Great hotel! Clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful. I had to hide a birthday surprise downstairs! Unload luggage at the check in desk because parking is around the block in garage and then you walk through a corridor to the back where the pool is. Great stay!!”

”Room was as expected. Clean, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was a good way to start your day- fresh, warm and big variety of many items.”

”Nothing was unique. The property look ran down. The pool had no water in it to swim. The floor 5 which I stayed had no ice machine, just a room for one. Rooms service comes every two days for clean bedding, towels and empty trash. No security are on staff as I sit outside and watch an altercation between three black men.”

”The rooms need a clean update and new paint. You can tell that deep cleaning is not done often. We had to switch rooms because they initially gave us a room where the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the comforter on the bed had a lot of stains on it. Even in the new room, the comforter seat on the bed had a lot of stains in the bed did not look clean. Also, the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. Will never return to this hotel chain! The only thing that was good, was...
