”Pool was not open yet, breakfast is simple. Always hear from the outside that door slammed loudly. The vent in the room seems can not turn off, also very loud.”

”Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. ”

”I filled out the online check-in form as requested via message in Expedia. While filling out the form, I added into the notes that I would be arriving around 1:30am due to a flight delay. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my room was given away to someone else and I was given a different room type of a lesser quality, despite the fact that I had checked in online, noted my late arrival time, and paid for a nicer room overlooking the pool for my kids. ”I went there for a weekend getaway with my daughter. It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional.”

”It was an old facility and it showed. The room we were in was nice and it looked like the company might have re worked the rooms recently. We had an issue with stained towels and linens and I was told that an outside company handled cleaning them . The staff was great and got all the issues with linens and towels resolved”

”There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!”

”The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...
