”Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were.”

”The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.”
