Welcome to Kai Villa — a beautifully renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom Jupiter Beach retreat, just a short walk from the sand.
Meaning “House by the Sea,” Kai Villa combines a wonderful Jupiter location with lake views, resort-style amenities and the comfort of a professionally designed POSHPADZ Luxury Property.
Love tennis? The community courts are just moments away, and Kai Villa provides complimentary tennis rackets and balls for our guests — just grab the equipment and play.
Spend the morning at Jupiter Beach, cool off in one of the two heated community pools, relax in the hot tub, enjoy tennis, or stop for lunch and drinks at the on-site Twisted Tuna restaurant and tiki bar overlooking the pool and community lake.
Then come home, pour a drink and relax on your large private screened balcony overlooking the lake.
The Space
Kai Villa has been completely renovated and professionally designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team.
The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious King-size bed, quality linens and a large flat-screen TV.
The living room includes a high-quality leather sleeper sofa, allowing Kai Villa to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, along with a large Smart TV for relaxing evenings at home.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features quartz countertops, a large refrigerator, chef-style faucet, deep single-basin sink and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
A full-size LG washer and dryer are also located inside the condo — particularly convenient for longer stays and beach vacations.
Step outside onto the large screened balcony for peaceful views across the community lake. It's a wonderful place for breakfast, morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There's even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony for easy cooking.
Kai Villa is located on the second floor and there is an elevator.

Starter Essentials
Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Important Information Before Booking
No pets are permitted at Kai Villa.
There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change). HOA documents must be completed and returned in order to obtain a parking permit. Vehicles without the required permit may be towed, and POSHPADZ cannot accept responsibility for towing charges.
RVs, vans, boats and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the community.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
The minimum age requirement is 25 years. Occupancy must not exceed the property's permitted capacity. Misrepresentation of the number or age of guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay in accordance with the rental agreement.
Our normal latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after the permitted check-in time are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
Arrivals on December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1 are subject to a $150 holiday convenience fee.
