”The air conditioner did not work in our room and in the morning there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom floor”

”Everything about the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The shower was pretty slick which caused my Mom to fall, so be careful with that. The breakfast was really good. The REALLy big problem was the reservation I had through Expedia was not actually booked, so I had no room when I got there at 11:30 PM. Luckily, they had 1 room left and we were able to book that room for the night.”

”Great little cabin, clean, well apportioned, great architectural design, site facilities, and great atmosphere. We would totally stay here again and have already been recommending to our friends.”

”Good, clean. Staff was excellent. Parking was a bit challenging, but there's a lot right next door. Didn't try the breakfast. Simple, no-nonsense accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.”

”It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

”The room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. We arrived late and the young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful.”

”This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

”First Sue is the best! Shes wonderful. Not only did she stay connected with us from reservations to check in, she gave us such a friendly genuine welcome. Also took the time to give us many recommendations of died and restaurants.The rest of the staff are also great. The Inn itself is so fantastic. The vibe is soft, airy and just beautiful!!!!”
