”Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms...

”No, the breakfast was not fresh. Guess had already been down to eat and nobody replenished the food. We were very disappointed and we stay there when we go through Claremore.”

”Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards”

”Clean spacious rooms. Decent hotel breakfast. They added yogurt and eggs with pork patties. No gym despite the fact that it’s listed on amenities on Expedia description.”

”Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.”

”We loved our stay! We drive every summer from Houston, Tx up to upper Minnesota to visit family and this was a perfect first overnight stay. It was quiet, private, and just what we needed to relax and reset! This will most likely be our stop each summer!”

”Cool decor. There was a strange smell in the hallways and our room like old sneakers. Seemed new but in disrepair? I’m not sure how that’s possible. In the shower there were holes and glue on the wall like the shower door was taken off on purpose. Caulking around sink was discolored and peeling away. Trim around the floor was coming off the walls near the bathroom. White comforter had dirt smudge. Hallways were visibly dirty needed to be vacuumed. We tried to use the ev charger but it repeatedly...

”The attendant at check-in was extremely rude. There were ants all over the room and floor. It was absolutely disgusting. The parking lot was nasty and also had ants everywhere. I looked at the other cars and there were ants by their cars as well. My car had ants all over it as well! That place needs to be shutdown! I had to go wash my car and vacuum it multiple times to get the ants out. Worst motel ever!”

”Good overnite. Suggest intake staff alert travelers to $50.00 incidental fee that is added to room charge at checkin and then refunded at checkout to avoid alarm!”

”Shuttle driver was not friendly and he closed the door on me while I was trying to get in, never apologized.”
